AN ACT TO CONVERT THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF ALLACAPAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, INTO A MUNICIPALITY, TRANSFERRING A PART OF ITS TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALLESTEROS, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The municipal district of Allacapan, Province of Cagayan, is converted into the municipality of Allacapan, which shall comprise all the barrios and sitios now included in the territorial jurisdiction of said municipal distict, except the sitios of Nararagan, Cabayu, Tolong, Silagan, Cabaggaoan, Luppiad and Batalim which are transferred to the territoria; jurisdiction of the municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
