AMENDMENT TO DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 10, S. 1999

Department Order No. 10, series of 1999, Providing for implementing guidelines and institutional arrangements of the DSWD "Lingap Para sa Mahihirap Program Fund" is hereby amended so as to include the following as Lingap Project implementors:

1. Accredited Non-Government Organizations (NGOs)/PO's (as provided for by COA Circular 96-003)

2. National Government Agencies (NGOs)

3. Provincial Government

This Order shall take effect immediately.
