The Honorable Judge MARIANO C. DEL CASTILLO , Presiding Judge of Branch 100, Regional Trial Court of Quezon City and incumbent Executive Vice President of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA), upon recommendation of Hon. Judge Danilo B. Pine, President of the PJA, is hereby designated as additional Member, representing the PJA, of the Task Force on Personnel Manual created under Administrative Circular No. 18-99 issued on 15 November 1999.

This designation takes effect immediately.
