In view of the resignation and/or retirement from the government service of some members of the Inter-Agency Executive Committee and its Technical Staff for the implementation of the Philippine-Australian Development Assistance Program (PADAP), created under Memorandum Order No. 455 of this office, dated September 23, 1974, and in order that other offices which are similarly involved in the implementation of the said program may be properly represented, the membership of the said Committee and Technical Staff is hereby reconstituted as follows:
