DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DEL DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 05 October 2022, Wednesday, the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur, will mark the celebration of its 138 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare, Wednesday, 05 October 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
