AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF CRISTOBAL TUAZON CRUZ TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED AND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO, 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN ITS ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, In session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Cristobal Tuazon Cruz Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., (CTC TODA), to read as follows:

"CRISTOBAL TUAZON CRUZ TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC., (CTC TODA)

Loading Areas

Corner of Cristobal Street and G. Tuazon Street, Sampaloc, Manila

Corner of Vicente Cruz Street and G. Tuazon Street, Sampaloc, Manila

Unloading Areas

Corner of Pureza Street and Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard, Sampaloc, Manila

Corner of Maganda Street and Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard, Sampaloc, Manila

Corner of Cristobal Street and España Boulevard, Sampaloc, Manila"

SEC. 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the Route Measure Capacity and authorized route line of Cristobal Tuazon Cruz Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:

"ASSOCIATION R.M.C.

Cristobal Tuazon Cruz Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc. (CTC TODA) 45 Units

ROUTE

The authorized route line of operation shall be:

Corner of Cristobal Street and G. Tuazon Street – Arevalo Street – Prudencio Street – Lardizabal Street – Pureza Street and vice versa.

Corner of Vicente Cruz Street and G. Tuazon Street – Arevalo Street – Prudencio Street – Lardizabal Street – Maganda Street and vice versa.

Corner of Cristobal Street and G. Tuazon Street – Corner of Cristobal Street and España Boulevard, and vice versa.

Corner of Vicente Cruz Street and G. Tuazon Street -Cristobal Street – Corner of Cristobal Street and España Boulevard and vice versa."

SEC. 3. Separability Clause. – If any part or provision of this Ordinance is held or declared invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions not affected thereby shall remain in full force and effect.

SEC. 4. Repealing Clause. – All other local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SEC. 5. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on October 6, 2015.
