AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF STO. NIÑO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JOSE ABAD SANTOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, TO BADAL YUBA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of Sto. Nino Elementary School in the Municipality of Jose Abad Santos, Province of Davao del Sur, is changed to Badal Yuba Elementary School.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without executive approval, April 13, 1984.
