POLICY AND PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES ON THE SETTLEMENT OF UNREMITTED CONTRIBUTIONS/PREMIUMS AND LOAN REPAYMENTS BY AGENCIES

RESOLVED, to APPROVE the proposed Policy and Procedural Guidelines on the Settlement of Unremitted Contributions/Premiums and Loan Repayments by Agencies thru a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with GSIS, a copy of which is hereto attached [*] and made an integral part of this Resolution.

All previous guidelines issued that are inconsistent with this PPG shall be deemed revoked, amended, or superseded.

The PPG shall take effect upon Board approval.
