EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 763 - PLACING THE OFFICE ON MUSLIM AFFAIRS UNDER THE OVERSIGHT OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:

Section 1. The Office on Muslim Affairs is placed under the oversight of the Office of the President.

Section 2. Executive Order No. 697, dated 18 January 2008, is hereby repealed. All other issuances, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Section 3. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
