PROVISIONAL AUTHORITIES TO APPLICANTS FOR FRANCHISES

Below is a copy of Memorandum Circular No. 92-001 issued by the Land Transportation Franchising Regulatory Board authorizing all its Regional Managers (except NCR) to issue provisional authorities to applicants for franchises to enable them to operate the unit/s applied for immediately upon filing of the application for a period of two (2) months or until the Certificate of Public Convenience has been issued, whichever is shorter.

In this connection, all LTO personnel concerned are enjoined to honor the said Memo Circular by non-apprehension of those covered for the best interest of the service.
