PROVIDING A SHORT TITLE FOR THE MULTI-AGENCY COMMITTEE CREATED TO STUDY THE NUCLEAR AND NON-NUCLEAR OPTIONS AFFECTING THE BATAAN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

The multi-agency committee constituted under Department Order No. 93-04-12 issued on April 2, 1993 to study the nuclear and non-nuclear options affecting the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant shall be known and referred to as "Task Force BNPP Options".
