[ SRA MOLASSES ORDER NO. 1, November 25, 1998 ]

AMENDING MOLASSES ORDER NO. 1, DATED 11 AUGUST 1998, SERIES OF 1997-1998

WHEREAS, there is a need to amend Section 2 of Molasses Order No. 1, dated 11 August 1988, Series of 1997-1998.

NOW, THEREFORE, under and by virtue of the authority vested in the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), it is hereby ordered that:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Molasses Order No. 1, Series of 1997-1998, is hereby amended to read as follows:

" SECTION 2. This Molasses Order shall become effective starting 01 March 1999."

SECTION 2. Other provisions of Molasses Order No. 1, Series of 1996-1997 and Series of 1997-1998 shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 3. Provisions of Sugar/Molasses Orders, Circular Letters, rules and regulations inconsistent with or contrary to this Molasses Order are hereby revoked, amended or modified accordingly.
