MAXIMUM LIMITS PER CATEGORY OF PLAN PURCHASED FOR THE PAYMENT OF EDU-CHILD BENEFITS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2007-2008

RESOLVED: That in accordance with the agreement reached in the Management Committee (MANCOM) meeting held March 22, 2007, and in compliance with Section III-A No. 4 of Policy and Procedural Guidelines No. 185-06, Payment of Edu-Child College Education Benefit and Refund of Premiums After Cancellation of Plan, to APPROVE the following schedule of Maximum Limits per Category of Plan Purchased for the payment of Edu-Child benefits for School Year 2007-2008:
