REVOCATION OF BI ADVISORY NO. 2012-002

In accordance with the Memorandum from the Secretary (LML-M-18F14-941) of the Department of Justice (DOJ) dated 11 July 2014 directing the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to cease from implementing BI Advisory No. 2012-002, the following are hereby ordered:

BI Advisory No. 2012-002 issued on 09 November 2012 is hereby revoked; and

The Alien Registration Division (ARD) shall, upon application, register and issue Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card (ACR I-Card) to Philippine Citizens with dual or multiple citizenships.

This Circular takes effect immediately.

Furnish a copy of this Circular to the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), U.P. Law Center, U.P. Diliman, Quezon City.
