SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF HANABER, INC.

Due to the rescission of its contract for the restoration of Bagonawa-La Carlota-La Castellana Road, Km. 47+502 to Km. 51+602 and upon recommendation of the Regional Director, DPWH Region VI, in his letter of July 4, 1991, Hanaber, Inc., and its officers/stockholders are hereby suspended/blacklisted in the DPWH and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year by way of administrative sanction.

All concerned are likewise ordered not to pay any money due Hanaber, Inc. and its officers/stockholders pending determination and settlement of the damages which Hanaber, Inc. and its sureties are mandated to pay to the government pursuant to Section 3 of PD 1870 and clause 100 of the DPWH Standard Specifications 1988.
