SUSPENSION OF CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 8, SERIES OF 1997-1998, RE: ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS IN THE STORAGE AND DISPOSITION OF RAW SUGAR

In view of the need for further study and consultation with those affected by Circular Letter No. 8, Series of 1997-1998 on the subject, "Additional Rules and Regulations in the Storage and Disposition of Raw Sugar", the Sugar Regulatory administration in the exercise of its regulatory functions and powers hereby suspends the implementation of the aforesaid Circular Letter.

This Circular Letter shall take effect immediately.
