AMMENDMENT TO PPA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 24-95

Paragraph 5.1 of PPA Administrative Order No. 24-95 dated 29 June 1995 re guidelines rationalizing the conduct of performance audit of cargo handling operators/contractors is hereby amended to read as follows:

5.1 Head Office Internal Control Department (ICD) shall conduct the performance audit of cargo handlers with 5-years and above contract terms. PDO Manila, is likewise, allowed to conduct audit of cargo handlers whose contract permit is over 5 years, provided, it is jointly undertaken with ICD and/or conducted in coordination/under the supervision of ICD.
