REVISED FEES FOR SEMINAR ON LICENSING OF DRUG ESTABLISHMENTS

Pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 9711 (Food and Drug Administration Act) and Administrative Order No. 56, s. 1989 dated January 1989, a series of seminars on Licensing of Drug Establishments had been scheduled for CY 2010.

Accordingly, revised fees have been implemented to accommodate the overhead expenses of Food and Drug Administration, to wit:

ESTABLISHMENT SEMINAR FEE

Manufacturers and Traders(Drug, Cosmetic & Medical Device) P1,2000.00 (whole day)

This circular takes effect immediately and until sooner revoked.
