DECLARING MONDAY, 10 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Monday, 10 July 2017, marks the 13th anniversary of the conversion of the Municipality of Santa Rosa, Laguna into a Component City of the Province of Laguna; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 10 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
