DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN.

WHEREAS , Monday, August 2, 2004, marks the 7th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Kabankalan

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Monday, August 6, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
