ERRATUM ON THE PPA MC NO. 01-2008: US DOLLAR DENOMINATED VESSEL CHARGES AGAINST FOREIGN CONTAINERS/CONTAINERIZED CARGOES HANDLED AT SOUTH HARBOR (SH) AND MANILA INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL (MICT)
The following correction is hereby issued for the guidance of all concerned.
The last paragraph of PPA Memorandum Circular No. 01-2008 should read as follows-
"This Circular shall take effect on January 18, 2008, fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of genera! circulation."
