TO : Minister Roberto V. Ongpin Chairman, National Development Company

For purposes of establishing the Davao City Export Processing Zone, I hereby direct that the land of the National Development Company which was formerly the site of the Daratex project in Toril, Davao City, consisting of 28 hectares, more or less, be transferred to the Export Processing Zone Authority.

Done in the City of Lapu-Lapu, this 30th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty.
