[ PROCLAMATION NO. 38, June 29, 1962 ]

EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE ELKS CEREBRAL PALSY PROJECT, INC., UP TO JULY 31, 1962

WHEREAS, the period from May 1 to June 30, 1962, was set aside for the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc.; and

WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., needs additional time to realize its quota of P180,000.00 to continue its activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cerebral Palsy, Project, Inc., up to July 31, 1962.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 29th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-two.
