VERIFICATION OF TESDA-ISSUED ARBS

We have been receiving requests for replacement/amendment of ARBs issued by TESDA which are reportedly being rejected by the Japanese Immigration relative to visa application due to either defective pictures or erroneous entries on the OPAs' personal information. Several of these ARBs are not included in the TESDA/ALFOX database. This situation coupled by the absence of data of TESDA-issued ARBs for the period March 2002 to September 2004 constrain us from acting on such requests accordingly for lack of basis to replace/amend ARBs as requested.

Given the circumstances beyond the control of POEA, all request for amendment or replacement of TESDA-issued ARBs shall be referred to that office for issuance of supporting documents that shall be the basis of POEA for subsequent action on the ARBs.
