OPENING OF DELA COSTA III — LAGRO MARKET PUJ ROUTE

Pursuant to Second Indorsement of Honorable Primitivo C. Cal, Undersecretary, Department of Transportation and Communications, dated November 18, 1998 and unnumber Memorandum of the Board-en-banc, Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) dated December 17, 1996 approving the request of MR. WILLIAM J. KEYES for the opening of DELA COSTA III - LAGRO MARKET route, the same is hereby declared open for acceptance of PUJ application as an exemption to the LTFRB Memorandum Order dated January 12, 1996 declaring a moratorium on the acceptance of application for PUJ service on routes within and touching Metro Manila.
