DECLARING TUESDAY, 16 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIDDIG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 16 September 2025, Tuesday, the Municipality of Piddig, Province of Ilocos Norte will commemorate the Basi Revolt of 1807;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Piddig be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 16 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Piddig, Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
