DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 22, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TANAUAN, BATANGAS
WHEREAS , Thursday, July 22, 2004, marks the Birth Anniversary of the late Gat Apolinario Mabini, a national hero revered as "the Sublime Paralytic" and "Brains of the Revolution"
WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of Tanauan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Thursday, July 22, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tanauan, Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
