Please be advised of the reported loss of Certification No. A-5472g with validity period up to June 21, 1996 issued by the Inter-Agency Committee on Domestic Borrowings of Foreign Firms in favor of Procter and Gamble Philippines, Inc.

Considering that aforementioned certification had in fact been replaced and superseded by Certification No. A-5472gg issued in favor of said firm, you are enjoined not to transact business under the lost and superseded certification.
