AMENDING THE FORM PRESCRIBED UNDER CIAC RESOLUTION NO. 07-2004 FOR POST-AWARD COMPENSATION

WHEREAS, on 12 August 2004, to implement CIAC Resolution No. 04-2004 (Policy Guidelines in the Treatment of Post-Award Proceedings), the Commission passed Resolution No. 07-2004 prescribing the form to be accomplished by arbitrators requesting for additional compensation for post-award proceedings;

WHEREAS, on 30 October 2007, however, the Commission passed Resolution N 11-2007, prescribing new policy guidelines on post-award proceedings in place of Resolution No. 04-2004, and its clarificatory guidelines under Resolution No. 21-2006;

WHEREAS, in its 109th Regular Meeting held on 30 May 2008, the Commission agreed that the form prescribed under Resolution No. 07-2004 needs to be revised to provide for, among others, additional information and justifications for the request for additional compensation pursuant to the new guidelines adopted under Resolution No. 11- 2007,

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission, by virtue of the powers, vested in me by law RESOLVES, as it DOES RESOLVE, to amend the form prescribed under CIAC Resolution No. 07-2004, for post-award compensation by adopting a new request form attached as Annex A * to, and made an integral part of, this resolution. UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
