EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVITY PERIOD TO APPLY FOR PERMITS UNDER MEMORANDUM CIRCULARS 07-08-2004B AND 08-08-2004B

In the interest of the service and to enable Mobile Phone Dealers, Retailers, Repair and Service Centers to comply with the requirements of Memorandum Circulars 07-08-2004B and 08-08-2004B, the Commission hereby extends the effectivity period which expires on 25 November 2004 for another sixty (60) days or up to 25 January 2005.
