AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TEN MILLION PESOS FOR CIVILIAN DEFENSE.

Be it enacted by the National Assembly of the Philippines;

SECTION. 1. There is appropriated out of any Stands in the Philippine Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of ten million pesos to be emended by the Civilian Emergency Administration, subject to the approval of the President of the Philippines, for the protection, defense, aid welfare of the civil population of the Philippines.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
