DECLARING SATURDAY, 01 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ASUNCION, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 01 August 2026, Saturday, the Municipality of Asuncion, Province of Davao del Norte will mark the celebration of the Araw ng Asuncion and 27 th Sinawug Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Asuncion be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 01 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Asuncion, Province of Davao del Norte.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
