DECLARING TUESDAY, 21 MAY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALABON

WHEREAS, on 21 May 2019, Tuesday, the City of Malabon will mark its 420 th Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Malabon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 21 May 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Malabon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
