[ PROCLAMATION NO. 38, June 28, 1954 ]

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 30, 1954, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF TACLOBAN

Pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, and the public interest so requiring, I, Ramon Magsaysay, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 30, 1954, as a special public holiday in the City of Tacloban.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 28th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-four, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
