PHYSICAL SUGAR STOCK INVENTORY OF IMPORTED SUGAR CLASSIFIED AS "C" OR RESERVE SUGAR

The Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) in the exercise of its regulatory functions hereby orders the conduct of physical sugar stock inventory of all imported sugar, raw and refined, classified as "C" or reserve sugar.

In view thereof, all concerned importers/consignees of the aforementioned sugar are hereby notified that the SRA has designated R.J. Del Pan and Co., Inc., a private surveyor, to conduct a physical sugar stock inventory at their designated warehouses in the presence of their representatives and SRA representatives.

Likewise, the concerned importer/consignee shall be given by the SRA a day's notice prior to the conduct of the said sugar stock inventory.

This Circular Letter shall take effect immediately.
