[ BSP MEMORANDUM, September 04, 1997 ]

POSTING OF LENDING/DEPOSIT RATES AND STATEMENT OF BANK CONDITION

Effective immediately, all banks shall post their prime lending rates and their aggregate deposit rates at their respective conspicuous premises.

Moreover, all commercial banks shall include information on their return on equity (ROE) in their published quarterly report on statement of Condition.
