MTRCB DEPUTY PASSES

Please be informed that we are in the process of having new deputy passes printed. In the meantime, please continue to honor the valid yellow deputy passes issued by my predecessor Armida P.E. Siguion-Reyna, but only until May 31, 2001.

We will notify you as soon as the new deputy passes carrying my name and signature are ready for issuance.
