DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAPITAN

WHEREAS, the City of Dapitan marks the celebration of its "Kinabayo Festival" on Tuesday, 25 July 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dapitan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Dapitan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. Done in the City of Manila, this 10th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Seventeen.
