TERMINAL FEES FOR PUNTA ENGANO, STA. ROSA & TOLEDO

Pursuant to Board Resolution No. 33-2006 adopted during the 5th Regular Board Meeting of the 5th Cebu Port Commission held on 23 June 2006, terminal fees are hereby prescribed for the passenger terminals in Punta Engaño, Sta. Rosa and Toledo;

SECTION 1. Terminal Fees - The following terminal fees shall be collected from passengers utilizing the passenger terminals at the following ports:

a) Punta Engaño - P1.00/pax b) Sta. Rosa-P1.00/pax c) Toledo -P5.00/pax SECTION 2. Effectivity - Collection of terminal fees as prescribed in the preceding section shall be effective on 01 July 2006 for the Toledo terminal and 15 July 2006 for the Punta Engaño and Sta. Rosa terminals or upon the operationalization of the said facilities
