DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2003, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 30, 2003, marks the 3rd Charter Day anniversary of the Cityhood of Masbate;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Tuesday, September 30, 2003, as a special (non-working) day in Masbate City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
