DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 25 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 25 January 2017, marks the 446 th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 25 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Leyte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
