DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 18 September 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 72 nd Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Victoria be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 18 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
