DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JUNE 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALAPATAN, PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malapatan, Province of Sarangani will mark the celebration of its 56 th Founding Anniversary on 21 June 2025, which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Malapatan to fully participate in the occasion, the Sanggunian Bayan requested that 20 June 2025, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 21 June 2025;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malapatan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 20 June 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malapatan, Province of Sarangani.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
