DECLARING THURSDAY, 21 MARCH 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 21 March 2024, Thursday, the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 26 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 21 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
