DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2008, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TALISAY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS , Monday, February 11, 2008, marks the 10th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Talisay;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, February 11, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 7th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Eight.
