LIFTING OF MORATORIUM ON TAXI SERVICE APPLICATIONS

Effective immediately, the moratorium on acceptance of applications for Certificate of Public Convenience for taxi units as per Department Order No. 94-795 is hereby lifted, on the condition that only models 1991 and above shall be the subject of the application. Adopted: 7 Sept. 1994
