INCREASE OF FEES AND CHARGES AT MIAA COMPLEX

"RESOLVED, That, the recommendation of Management to Increase the fees and charges (Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1993, as amended) at the MIAA complex, to wit:

1) AERONAUTICAL FEES

INTERNATIONAL

Rates of Landing and Take-off to increase by 10% starting April 1995. Other Aeronautical fees shall remain constant.

$1.86/500 kgs. or fraction thereof

2.05/500 kgs or fraction thereof

b) From 50,001 to100,000 kgs

$186.48 plus$2.34/500 kgs. or fraction thereof in excess of 50,000 kgs.

$205.13 plus $2.57/500 kgs or fraction thereof in excess of 50,000 kgs.

c) From 100,001 and over

$419.16 plus $2.34/500 kgs or fraction thereof in excess of100,000 kgs.

$461.08 plus$2.57/500 kgs. or fraction thereof in excess of 100,000 kgs.

2) AERONAUTICAL FEES -

DOMESTIC

Rates of charges to increase by 100% starting April 1995

c) From 100, 001 kgs and over

P4,156.50 plus P23.12/500 kgs. or fraction thereof

P8,313.00 plus P46.24/500 kgs. or fraction thereof

3) RENTAL & CHECK-IN COUNTERS

Rental Rate to Increase by 100%, also effective April 1995

4) MISCELLANEOUS REVENUES

Royalty Fee on sale of aviation fuel to increase by 200% over existing rates starting April 1995

be approved, as It Is hereby approved, subject to existing rules and regulations."

"RESOLVED, FURTHER, That, the revenue to be derived from the said increase shall be utilized to finance MIAA’s various capital projects for the year 1995."

That, the foregoing Resolution is still in full force and effect, and has not been repealed, amended, or modified as of this date.
