SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF BANAUE MULTI BUILDERS CORPORATION

In view of the rescission of the contract of Banaue Multi Builders Corporation for the Restoration of Bacolod-Murcia-Don Salvador- Benedicto-Calatrava Road, km. 23+500 to km. 24+828, for reason of highly intolerable negative slippage, the said corporation and its key officials are hereby suspended effective immediately from participating in any bidding or entering into contract with this Department or any of its line agencies.

All those concerned are likewise directed not to release any money to the aforenamed corporation until its financial obligations or liabilities to the government as a consequence of the rescission order has been fully settled.
