DECLARING THURSDAY, 01 DECEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS , on 01 December 2022, Thursday, the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of the Sumbingtik Festival and its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 01 December 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
