DECLARING THURSDAY, 07 MARCH 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 07 March 2024, Thursday, the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 26 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Island Garden City of Samal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with the appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P, BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 07 March 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
